Processing Time
Every item is made to order just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping Time & Cost
- United States: 3–7 business days after processing. Free shipping on orders over $50; flat $4.99 for orders under $50.
- International: 7–15 business days after processing. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once shipped, and we cannot issue refunds for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
